UPDATE: All 26 long-term canines adopted to fur-ever homes

Montgomery County Animal Shelter had a successful dog adoption weekend, adopting out all 26 long-timers that needed fur-ever homes.

UPDATE:

Montgomery County Animal Shelter in Conroe, TX has had a successful adoption weekend, but there are still some wonderful dogs that need fur-ever homes.

There are only have few more dogs left on the URGENT DOG ADOPTION list, and there's still time left today, to adopt one. The shelter is open until 4:00 p.m. this Sunday, June 12.

Adoption fees are $10 for dogs who have already been spayed/neutered, and $25 for all other dogs that have been at the shelter over 60 days. Please opt to adopt or consider fostering one of few dogs left on the Urgent List.

MCAS is located at 8535 Hwy 242 in Conroe, TX, and is open 6 days a week for adoptions (Tues - Sun. CLOSED MONDAYS)

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas — Montgomery County Animal Shelter in Conroe, TX is full. Some of these dogs have been at the shelter for five months. It is not fair to keep them in kennels their entire lives. They need out ASAP — we aim to get them out before the week is over.

Adoption fees are $10 for dogs who have already been spayed/neutered and $25 for all other dogs that have been at the shelter over 60 days. Please opt to adopt or foster one of these sweet babies. You would truly be saving a life.
