Woodforest touts Container Store giveaway

THE WOODLANDS, Texas — Master-planned Woodforest has launched a summer campaign that will give new home buyers instant access to the community’s many amenities and the possibility of instantly organized drawers and closets.

During the “Instantly Yours” campaign, prospective home buyers can register at any of Woodforest’s 30 model homes for a chance to win a $1,000 gift card to The Container Store. The promotion continues through July.

Builders have dozens of homes ready now in Woodforest, including executive homes priced from the $300,000s to more than $800,000, homes designed for those ages 55 and older and custom designs priced at more than $1 million.

“Whether you need a large family home or one suited for a single lifestyle, you’ll find it in Woodforest,” said Virgil Yoakum, general manager of the community. “Regardless of the size of your home, all residents have access to the many amenities found in Woodforest.”

A summer hub for residents is the Forest Island resort pool, which boasts twisting slides and an array of other water activities. Tennis, basketball, a splash pad and numerous parks entice residents outside, as does Woodforest Golf Club, located in the community.

Students in Woodforest attend schools in either Montgomery Independent School District or Conroe Independent School District. A Conroe ISD elementary school is located in the community and Montgomery ISD students will be zoned to the new Oak Hills Junior High when it opens in 2017.
