Local insurance agent, Shea Jones, wins national customer service award

THE WOODLANDS, Texas - Shea Jones, a licensed Customer Service Representative (CSR) insurance agent with the TWFG Agency in The Woodlands, Texas was selected from among more than 1,000 CSR agents nationally for TWFG’s first “Excellence in Customer Service” award.

Two semi-finalist CSRs from Louisiana and California were also recognized for the prestigious award during the TWFG national convention held in The Woodlands. All three were lauded for their customer skills in demonstrating TWFG’s slogan “Our Policy is Caring.”

Insurance Journal magazine says, “In the typical agency, the customer service representative is the foundation of good service. Logically, one can say that the CSR is therefore a major part of the strength of an agency. Because of their personal contact with clients, CSRs are a critical component to the retention of accounts.”
