WISE Conference 2016 offering three scholarships to area women

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas - Three $1,000 scholarships will be awarded in conjunction with the WISE Conference being held Sept. 28, 2016, at Lone Star Corporate College, 5000 Research Forest Dr., The Woodlands, TX 77381. The scholarships, available this year through the generous donation of Donna Wick, DW PR, reflect the conference’s theme of Empowering Women with Knowledge. Recipients may use the money toward continuing education or business seminars which will further their business goals.

Scholarships will be awarded based on personal vision and community service. Completed applications and two letters of recommendation should be submitted to info@theWISEconference.com Attn: Scholarship Team no later than midnight, August 31, 2016. Applications submitted after the deadline or incomplete applications will be ineligible for consideration.

This year’s conference is a cooperative effort between area organizations Business Women’s Forum, Women on a Mission to Earn Commission (WOAMTEC) and the Montgomery County Association of Business Women.
