New RE/MAX realtor aims to take the worry out of buying, selling homes

THE WOODLANDS, Texas – Realtor David Norwood knows the ins-and-outs of buying, selling and even constructing homes.

The native Houstonian is a third-generation homebuilder whose family has been building, developing, and selling homes in the area, serving more than 23,000 families since the 1950s.

Norwood has personally built and sold more than 1,600 homes in Houston and the surrounding suburbs of Sugar Land, Richmond, Katy, Pearland, Kingwood, Humble, Spring and Tomball, as well as in Montgomery County, which he now calls home.

Today, he draws on his thorough knowledge of the construction industry to help clients make wise decisions on their real estate transactions.

“I enjoy helping my clients find their ideal home – or sell their current home so they can purchase their new, dream home,” Norwood said. “I want them to know that I really work for them,”
