District 2 – Lt. Jim Fleming (South County)

A 34 year old male from Magnolia was arrested at 7:57am, September 12, and taken to jail from a location on Westwood Square Drive, by Deputy W. Mayes, for two capias pro fine warrants.

On September 12, Deputy D. Bible stopped a vehicle, believed to be stolen, in the area of Glenwood Ridge Drive near Timber Lane Drive. The rental vehicle was later found to be stolen out of Harris County. The 29 year old female driver, from Spring, was arrested at 12:44pm,charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, and taken to jail.

On September 13, Deputy R. McClintock stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation in the 100 block of Sawdust Road. During the investigation, the male was found to be in possession of a controlled substance (cocaine). The 51 year old male from Spring was arrested at 2:10pm. A female passenger in the vehicle, 47 years old, from Hockley, was also arrested for a failure to appear warrant. Both subjects were taken to jail.

On September 13, Sergeant J. Russell was sent to the 10000 block of Cimarron Way, in reference to an assault. The Deputy met with a female complainant who advised she had been struck in the face by her boyfriend who was extremely intoxicated. The 45 year old male from Magnolia was arrested at 11:39pm and transported to jail.

A 22 year old male, from Cypress, was arrested at 1:17am, September 14, and taken to jail from the 25000 block of Interstate 45 North, by Deputy S. Lee, for a felony capias warrant.

On September 15, Deputy Z. Vercher stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation in the 10600 block of Highway 242. During the investigation, the female driver was found to be in possession of methamphetamine. The 28 year old female, from Conroe, was arrested at 1:24am, charged with possession of a controlled substance, and transported to jail.

A 50 year old male from Magnolia was arrested at 12:54am, September 17, and taken to jail from a location on FM 1488, by Sergeant J. Russell, for a bond forfeiture warrant out of Harris County.

On September 17, Deputy R. McClintock was notified of an accident on Sawdust Road. The Deputy located the scene and observed an intoxicated male. During the investigation, the 27 year old male driver from Conroe was arrested at 2:45am, charged with driving while intoxicated, and transported to jail.

On September 17, Deputy C. McKee checked a traffic hazard in the 13000 block of Highway 242. The female driver was found to be intoxicated. The female gave a false date of birth due to having a warrant out of Harris County for probation violation. The 40 year old female, from New Caney, was arrested at 8:37am, charged with driving while intoxicated, failure to identify fugitive, and failure to stop and give information on accident and was taken to jail.

A 27 year old male from Houston was arrested at 3:40am, September 18, and taken to jail from a location on Rayford Road near Oakhurst, by Deputy R. McClintock, for an assault causes bodily injury warrant out of Harris County.

On September 18, Deputy C. Rose was sent to the 1000 block of Sawdust Road, in reference to a theft. The Deputy met with the loss prevention officer and got information on a male about to walk out of the store with merchandise that the male had not paid for. The 20 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 3:40pm, charged with theft and three local warrants, and taken to jail.

District 6 – Lt. David Dottei (Woodlands)

On September 12, Deputy Bowers was dispatched to 6671 Woodlands Parkway, in reference to a disturbance in progress. Upon arrival, Deputy Bowers met with the manager who stated the suspect was intoxicated and causing a disturbance inside the restaurant. The suspect refused a cab and started walking behind moving vehicles in the parking lot. The suspect, a 34 year old female, was taken into custody for public intoxication and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On September 15, Corporal Niquette was dispatched to 9200 Grogan’s Mill Road, in reference to a subject on location with an active warrant. Upon arrival, Corporal Niquette met with the probation officer and confirmed the suspect, a 25 year old male, had an active felony warrant. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On September 15, Deputy Eisenmenger conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of West Alden Bridge and Research Forest Drive. During the course of the traffic stop, the driver, a 28 year old male, was found to have an active warrant for his arrest. The driver was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On September 15, Deputy Campbell conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Cochran’s Crossing and Research Forest Drive. Deputy Campbell made contact with the occupants of the vehicle and an individual, a 31 year old male, was found to have an active warrant for his arrest. The individual was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On September 16, Deputy Janke was dispatched to 30340 FM 2978, in reference to a motor vehicle accident. The driver of one of the vehicles, a 28 year old male, was found to have four outstanding warrants for his arrest through Montgomery County. The driver was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On September 18, Deputy Lopez was dispatched to 3040 College Park Drive, in reference to a welfare check. The suspect, a 58 year old male, was found to be highly intoxicated and belligerent. When trying to get the suspect to go outside away from customers, the suspect became aggressive, striking at the officer. The suspect was taken into custody for public intoxication and interference with public duties and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On September 18, Deputy Trevino was dispatched to 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive, in reference to a shoplifter in custody. The suspect, a 28 year old male, attempted to take $561.67 worth of merchandise from Macy’s Department Store. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
