District 2 – Lt. Jim Fleming (South County)

On September 19, Deputy J. Logan was sent to the 300 block of Sawdust Road, in reference to a disturbance call. The Deputy located several males involved and during the investigation a male was detained for possession of marijuana. The 33 year old male from Tomball was arrested at 1:28am and transported to jail.

On September 19, Deputy L. Macias was notified of an intoxicated female being detained at a location in the 800 block of Honea Egypt Road. The 31 year old female from Houston was arrested at 2:01pm, charged with public intoxication, and transported to jail.

On September 19, Deputy S. Lee was dispatched to a suspicious vehicle call in the 25900 block of Bearborough Drive. The vehicle was located in the middle of the roadway with the male driver asleep behind the wheel with the vehicle running. The male was found to be intoxicated. The 42 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 3:12am, charged with driving while intoxicated, and transported to jail.

On September 19, Deputy W. Sharman responded to the 24900 block of Interstate 45 North, in reference to a criminal mischief. The Deputy met with an employee of the motel where the offense occurred. A female guest and her boyfriend got into an argument and the female punched a window to a room with her fist breaking the glass. The 25 year old female from Houston was arrested at 4:09am, charged with criminal mischief, and taken to jail.

On September 19, Deputy Z. Vercher was sent to the 6200 block of FM 1488, in reference to an assault. The Deputy met with a female complainant who advised she observed a disturbance taking place involving a female damaging a vehicle. The female then attacked the complainant by striking her with her fists and biting her. The 20 year old female from Magnolia was arrested at 11:41pm, charged with assault, and taken to jail.

On September 21, Deputy W. Sharman was notified of disturbance call in the 6600 block of FM 1488 involving an intoxicated male. The Deputy located the male and detained him. The 24 year old male, from Magnolia, was arrested at 9:23pm, and transported to jail.

On September 21, Deputy R. McClintock stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation and found the male driver to be intoxicated. The 45 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 12:01am,charged with driving while intoxicated, and transported to jail.

On September 22, Deputy J. Logan was dispatched to the 200 block of Sawdust Road, in reference to an intoxicated male passed out on a sidewalk. The Deputy located the male and detained him. The 34 year old male from Montana was arrested at 12:48am and taken to jail.

On September 22, Deputy C. Rose was sent to the 1000 block of Sawdust Road, on a welfare concern involving an intoxicated female. The Deputy located the female and detained her. The 30 year old female from Spring was arrested at 3:34pm and taken to jail.

A 48 year old female from Magnolia was arrested at 10:50pm, September 25, and taken to jail from a location on McKinley Circle, by Deputy R. Dowell, for a driving while intoxicated warrant out of Harris County.

District 6 - Lt. David Dottei (The Woodlands)

On September 19, Deputy Fleming observed a suspicious vehicle at 28033 Interstate 45 North, in the parking lot. A check of the vehicle license plate showed the vehicle was stolen. While observing the vehicle, the suspect, a 61 year old male, got into the vehicle and left the parking lot. Deputy Fleming conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle, the suspect was taken into custody for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On September 20, Deputy Medina observed a suspicious vehicle at 9945 Six Pines Drive. Upon making contact with the driver, a 38 year old male, Deputy Medina found he had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On September 21, Deputy Medina and Senior Sergeant Ford initiated a suspicious person call at 2444 Research Forest Drive. Upon arrival, they made contact with the suspect, a 27 year old male. The suspect was found to have an outstanding warrant for evading arrest detention with a vehicle. The suspect was taken into custody for the warrant and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On September 25, Deputy Pierce was dispatched to 9595 Six Pines Drive, in reference to a welfare check. Market Street Security advised that two men were intoxicated and causing a disturbance at Jasper’s and were asked to leave. The suspects, a 21 year old and a 22 year old, were both taken into custody for public intoxication and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On September 25, Deputy Poorman was dispatched to 10001 Woodlands Parkway, in reference to a welfare check. Upon arrival, Deputy Poorman met with the suspect, a 21 year old male. The suspect was unsteady on his feet, had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from his breath and was unaware of his current location. The suspect was taken into custody for public intoxication and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
