Montgomery County Sheriff needs help identifying body discovered in The Woodlands

THE WOODLANDS, Texas -- The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office is attempting to identify the male found deceased in the Bear Branch Reservoir on October 7, 2016.

The male was found wearing a dark colored long sleeve turtle-neck shirt, blue jeans, black socks and black sneakers with Velcro closures. The male was found with a dark green colored backpack and was carrying a small red Swiss Army style pocket knife. The male was also wearing a distinctive necklace consisting of a non-official military style tag with the name “Phillip H. Williams,” along with a small pendant of a Viking style ship.
