District 2 – Lt. Jim Fleming (South County)

A 35 year old female, from Magnolia, was arrested at 2:07am, November 24, and taken to jail from the 8500 block of Highway 242, by Deputy R. Dowell, for an unauthorized use of a motor vehicle warrant and possession of a controlled substance.

On November 24, Deputy M. Burnett stopped two suspicious persons in the 10800 block of Montfair Blvd. A 23 year old female, from Spring, was arrested at 3:15am for public intoxication. A 22 year old male, also from Spring, was arrested for two capias pro fine warrants. Both subjects were transported to jail.

On November 24, Deputy L. Macias was sent to the 31000 block of FM 2978, in reference to an intoxicated female. The Deputy located the female and detained her. The 42 year old female, from Magnolia, was arrested at 7:16am, charged with public intoxication, and taken to jail.

On November 24, Deputy K. Christensen was notified of a criminal trespass call involving a female in the 1700 block of Cougar Creek. The Deputy located the female and detained her. The 28 year old female, from Spring, was arrested at 4:53am and taken to jail.

A 24 year old male, from Huffman, was arrested at 5:23pm, November 25, and taken to jail from a location on Research Forest Drive, by Deputy W. Mayes, for four misdemeanor warrants.

On November 25, Deputy J. Logan was dispatched to the 30700 block of Wisteria Drive, in reference to an assault. The Deputy met with a male complainant who advised he and his girlfriend got into an argument and the female struck him in the face several times and kicked out his vehicle windshield. The 31 year old female, from Garland, was arrested at 8:06pm and transported to jail, charged with the assault and criminal mischief.

On November 25, Deputy M. Burnett was notified of a theft in progress in the 3500 block of Discovery Creek. A witness had seen two males stealing equipment and was following them. The Deputy was able to stop the vehicle and detained the two males and recovered the items. A 33 year old male, from Katy, was arrested at 11:40pm. A second male, 31 years old, from Houston, was also arrested. Both were charged with theft and taken to jail.

On November 26, Deputy M. Berry stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation in the 5900 block of FM 1488. The male driver was found to be intoxicated. The 54 year old male, from Magnolia, was arrested at 9:19pm, charged with driving while intoxicated, and transported to jail.

On November 27, Deputy S. Lee was sent to the 25000 block of Interstate 45 North, in reference to an intoxicated female. The Deputy located the female and detained her. The 23 year old female, from Spring, was arrested at 4:26am, charged with public intoxication, and taken to jail.

A 28 year old male, from The Woodlands, was arrested at 1:17am, November 27, and taken to jail from a location on FM 1488, by Deputy M. Burnett, for a failure to appear warrant.

On November 27, Deputy J. Logan stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation in the 100 block of Sawdust Road. During the investigation, the male driver was found to be in possession of marijuana. The 25 year old male, from Houston, was arrested at 10:40pm and taken to jail.

District 6 – Lt. David Dottei (Woodlands)

On November 21, Deputy Poorman was dispatched to the 9900 block of Woodlands Parkway, in reference to an attempt to locate of a possible intoxicated driver. The vehicle in question was located in the parking lot of the Wells Fargo and contact was made with the driver and passenger. The 24 year old female driver exhibited slurred speech, lethargic movement and droopy bloodshot eyes. After an investigation, the suspect was taken into custody for driving while intoxicated. The 25 year old male passenger was also found to be intoxicated and was taken into custody for public intoxication. Both suspects were transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On November 21, Deputy Brown was dispatched to 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive, in reference to a shoplifter in custody. The suspect, a 30 year old female, attempted to take $610.28 through fraudulent returns at Macy’s Department Store. The suspect was taken into custody for theft and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On November 25, Deputy Brown was dispatched to 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive, in reference to an employee theft. Deputy Brown met with Loss Prevention officers who stated the two employees, both 18 years old males, were creating false sales transactions and taking merchandise to their vehicle. The total amount of merchandise taken was $298.22. Both suspects were charged with theft and were transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On November 25, Deputy Trevino was dispatched to 2005 Lake Robbins, in reference to a welfare check. On site security stated that there was a male in the stage area that was trespassing. Upon seeing the deputies, the suspect attempted to flee the area but was detained a short distance away. The 20 year old male was taken into custody for criminal trespassing and was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On November 25, Deputy Drake was dispatched to 1630 Lake Woodlands Drive, in regards to a shoplifter in custody call. The suspect, a 29 year old female, attempted to take $109.95 worth of merchandise from Academy. The suspect was taken into custody for theft. Due to multiple previous theft convictions, the charges were upgraded to felony theft. The suspect was then transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On November 25, Deputy Smark was dispatched to 2301 North Millbend, to assist EMS with two male subjects located passed out in a vehicle in the parking lot. Medics arrived on scene and had difficulty waking one of the subjects and located a weapon on the floorboard at his feet, along with drugs. The 32 year old male was taken into custody for unlawful possession of a firearm (by a Felon), and three counts of possession of a controlled substance; THC, cocaine, and heroin. After being medically cleared, the suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On November 26, Deputy Bowers, while on patrol in the area of Falconwing Drive, observed a vehicle parked in the back parking of a church and went to investigate. The vehicle was occupied by two people. The passenger, a 21 year old male, was found to have an outstanding felony warrant for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle through the Galveston Police Department. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident. The driver and her vehicle were released at the scene.

On November 26, Deputy Medina was dispatched to a shoplifter in custody call at 10001 Woodlands Parkway. The suspect, a 42 year old male, attempted to take $69.54 worth of merchandise from Walmart. The suspect was taken into custody for theft. Due to multiple previous theft convictions the charges were upgraded to felony theft. The suspect was then transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
