Neurologist Dr. Amy L. Howe joins Sterling Ridge Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine

THE WOODLANDS, Texas – Sterling Ridge Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine is pleased to announce the addition of Board-Certified Neurologist, Amy L. Howe, MD, who will work with patients experiencing neck and back pain, headaches and migraines, pinched nerves or radiculopathy, seizures, concussions, balance problems, muscle diseases and memory problems.

Dr. Howe has lived most of her life in the Houston area and performed her training entirely in Texas. She received her undergraduate degrees in Biology and Psychology from Texas A&M University. She attended the University of Texas Medical School where she also completed her internship in Internal Medicine and residency in Neurology. She went on to complete a fellowship in Neuromuscular Diseases at the Baylor College of Medicine before starting her practice.

Dr. Howe is Board-Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and has been in private practice for nearly 10 years.

“Adding Dr. Howe to our team gives our patients with neurological conditions quicker access to a specialist in the same office where they already receive orthopedic care,” said William Hayes, MD, Senior Partner of Sterling Ridge Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine. And Dr. Howe makes it even easier to achieve this for patients who have neurologic conditions.”
