MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas -- More than 100 Montgomery County residents attended a lecture/joint assessment event at Houston Methodist Orthopedics & Sports Medicine at The Woodlands on Thursday, April 26.

Drs. Marc Labbe’, Eric Price and John Fackler, all board-certified orthopedic surgeons, shared valuable information on joint pain and the latest cutting-edge technology to help people get back to enjoying the activities they love.

Following the presentations on shoulders, hips and knees, the surgeons visited with guests and answered questions. Guests also had the opportunity to meet with the Houston Methodist physical therapy team for a joint assessment.

“The event was very successful as it allowed us to share what truly sets Houston Methodist The Woodlands apart when it comes to joint replacement,” said Dr. John Fackler, orthopedic surgeon. “And, it gave patients, who may have been considering a joint procedure or replacement, an opportunity to meet with us in a casual setting and have their questions answered.”

Residents who were unable to attend the evening event have another opportunity to hear Dr. Fackler, who will be speaking at C.K. Ray Recreation Center in Conroe on Tuesday, May 15. The event will begin at 12 p.m. It is free to the public but registration is required. You can register online at houstonmethodist.org/events or at the C.K. Ray Recreation Center front desk. Lunch will be provided.

C.K. Ray Recreation Center is located at 1203 Candy Cane Lane, Conroe, Texas 77301. To make an appointment with a physician at Houston Methodist Orthopedics & Sports Medicine at The Woodlands, call 936.321.8000.
