  • Warrant Arrest – Plato’s Closet – Suspect arrested for outstanding warrants out of Montgomery County.
  • Burglary of a Building – Chuy’s – Unknown suspect(s) broke into Chuy’s and then broke into the manager’s office. Nothing was reported missing.
  • Theft – TownePlace Suites – Unknown suspect(s) stole $269.88 worth of property from a room.
  • Indecent Exposure – TJ Maxx – Unknown male suspect removed his clothing, walked around the store, put his clothes back on, then left the area. Same suspect did the same thing at other businesses in S. Montgomery County area.
  • Theft – DSW Shoes – Unknown suspect stole $168.98 worth of shoes.
  • Credit Card Abuse (Elderly) – Avanti Senior Living – Unknown suspect somehow obtained the victim's credit card information and attempted to use it. Transaction was declined.
  • Theft – Walgreens – Unknown suspect(s) stole $84.96 worth of merchandise.
  • Narcotics – A traffic stop was conducted at the 19400 block of Interstate 45 and a suspect was arrested for possession of marijuana.
  • Theft – Avanti Senior Living - $50.00 in cash was reportedly stolen by unknown suspect(s).
  • Burglary of a Motor Vehicle – Saltgrass Steakhouse – Forced entry made by smashing a window and a laptop and iPad, left in plain view, were stolen.
  • Criminal Trespass / Narcotics – Home2 Suites – Suspect occupying room past checkout time refused to leave. Suspect was taken into custody and found to be in possession of methamphetamine.
  • Theft – Hickory Ridge – Unidentified suspect stole a computer.
  • Assault – Nexus – Suspect arrested for assaulting nursing staff.
  • Theft – AT&T – Suspect removed a $300.00 pair of headphones and later returned them. Business declined prosecution.
