J. Beard Real Estate represents seller of industrial site in Magnolia

THE WOODLANDS, Texas -- Ryan Hutson of The J. Beard Real Estate Company has represented the seller, Continuum Investments, in the recent sale of an industrial site located at 31719 FM 2978 in Magnolia, Texas.

The property consists of three steel frame metal buildings totaling 13,850 square feet of office space and climate-controlled warehouse space located on approximately one acre of land on FM 2978, just south of FM 1488, seven miles west of Interstate 45. The buyer, G. Ramirez, was represented by Vicky Kuczbel-Rogers of Walzel Properties. According to Hutson, the buyer will occupy the building.
