Dossey & Jones welcomes new real estate attorney

THE WOODLANDS, Texas -- Dossey & Jones, PLLC recently welcomed April Taylor, who joined the firm as a Real Estate Attorney.

April advises on real estate matters including residential, commercial, and construction transactions including seller finance transactions and title review. She prepares conveyances/deeds, easement agreements and mineral interest documents. She also counsels clients on a wide range of landlord/tenant issues, easement and HOA matters. Prior to joining the firm, April worked with a Fortune 500 company’s legal real estate group and with a Harris County Civil Court Judge.

April is a Board Member of the Houston Community College Real Estate Advisory Committee. She is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Houston where she co-chaired the CREW Careers Outreach Committee.

Prior to becoming an attorney, April co-founded and is the broker of Taylor & Taylor Realty where she successfully assists clients with residential home purchases and sales, as well as trains new agents.

April earned her J.D. from South Texas College of Law Houston. She received her B.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Houston Downtown.
