THE WOODLANDS, Texas -- On August 17, 2018, at about 12:05 am, Deputies with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office received an alarm from the ATM machine at the Wells Fargo Bank located at 6621 Woodlands Parkway. While in route, Deputies were advised that video surveillance showed two suspects in hooded sweatshirts were attempting to make entry to the ATM using a drill.

After the alarm sounded, the two suspects left the location in a black passenger car, possibly a Honda Accord. Deputies in the area located a black Honda Accord and stopped the vehicle at Kuykendahl Road and Research Forest. As Deputies made contact with the vehicle, they learned it was occupied by two black males wearing hooded sweatshirts. During their investigation, Deputies observed a set of drill bits and two ski masks in the back seat as well as a drill under the front passenger seat.

While on scene, the alarm company was able to provide video and photographs of the suspects and the suspect vehicle from the ATM burglary. Deputies reviewed the photographs provided and determined that the car, clothing and tools in the vehicle were the same as the ones captured on the video.

The occupants of the vehicle were identified as Terry Daniel (B/M) DOB 07-9-96 and a 16 year old juvenile from the Houston area. Both subjects were taken into custody and charged with Burglary of a Building.
