HS Boys Basketball: War of the Woods 2; College Park Hosts The Woodlands Live

The Woodlands, TX -- The College Park Cavaliers will host The Woodlands Highlanders in the second installment of the War of the Woods series this season. College Park took the first matchup on The Woodlands home court, 69-64 in overtime. This match up will also crown a first place seed as College Park, The Woodlands, Grand Oaks and Conroe are all tied up at the top.

With the season in full steam, the teams have been able to shake off the rust and get into a groove to be ready for playoffs. This could be crucial to The Woodlands as they try to tie up the series. Shey Eberwein, with The Woodlands Highlanders, has already set a new school record for points in a game with 44 against the Conroe Tigers.

College Park and head coach McNeely will head into the game poised and ready to hit the gas as soon as the ball hits the floor after tipoff. Their focus could be to put pressure on the ball as they have been in their past games, where The Woodlands looks to load the 3-point line and drain as many buckets as possible.
