The National Weather Service has just put out a Special Weather Statement
Alert: A strong thunderstorm will bring strong wind gusts to portions of central Montgomery, western San Jacinto and south central Walker Counties through 345 PM CDT.
At 322 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Willis, moving northwest at 15 mph.
HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include Conroe, Willis, Panorama Village, Cut And Shoot, New Waverly,
Montgomery, Huntsville State Park and Lake Conroe Dam.

MAX WIND GUST...30 MPH
Instructions: If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
