Small Business Owner’s Guide to the CARES Act

The U.S. Senate Committee on Small Business & Entrepreneurship has put together the below summary of programs and assistance available to small business owners and certain nonprofit organizations through the Small Business Administration (“SBA”) under the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (“CARES Act”).  The following information is current as of March 30, 2020, but business owners should be aware that the CARES Act was just signed into law late Friday afternoon on March 27, 2020 by President Donald J.
