Headache Relief Tips from Dr. Howe:
Apply pressure to these acupressure points in the head, hand and foot. Pressure should be steadily held for 30 seconds up to 2 minutes, then gradually decreased for 30 seconds. Repeat 3 - 5 times.
Apply ice or heat to the head and giving essential oils, like peppermint or lavender, a try.
