Celebrate America's birthday with one of the most beloved traditions in The Woodlands! This year's parade theme is "United We Stand."
The South County 4th of July parade, which traverses throughout the heart of The Woodlands, is ready to get you in the red, white and blue spirit!
The 43rd Annual 4th of July Parade in The Woodlands will begin at 9:00 a.m. with the singing of the National Anthem from the balcony in Market Street and Town Green Park. More than 20,000 spectators will line the streets in Town Center to watch over 150 entries, marching bands, floats and federal, state and local dignitaries. The parade route 1.3 miles and begins and ends at The Woodlands United Methodist Church.
Road closures will be announced prior to the parade to help spectators navigate roads in The Woodlands.
Prior to the parade, street performers will entertain parade goers. Three additional DJ/announcer booths are placed around the parade route. Up to 11 community parade entry judges rate the entries to culminate with twelve parade entry awards.
The parade and surrounding activities will take place rain or shine.
Senior citizens and those physically challenged can watch the parade from a tent that is set up in front of the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion.
