Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Front desk community support
• Assist management with day-to-day operations and managerial duties, such as:
• Event reservations
• Resident assistance
• Private event supervision
• Administrative duties for Snack Shack
• Maintaining and reporting on community amenities
• Assistance with Architectural Control Applications and Deed Restriction Violations
• Assist community management with administrative tasks
• Maintaining the clubhouse and surrounding property’s appearance to the defined expectations and standards
• Communicating frequently with the management supervisors and management
• Act as an ambassador for questions or concerns by residents to the management and/or Board of Directors

• People-person with a strong customer-service orientated background.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to residents, co-workers, and vendors
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office application software
• Self-starter who is proactive and can work independently, yet can work well with supervisors
• Individuals who can demonstrate a history of pride in their work quality
