What You’ll Do
Manage a book of commercial real estate accounts from onboarding through renewal.
Prepare submissions, quotes, and renewal proposals.
Review policy terms, endorsements, and coverage forms.
Work directly with carriers and underwriters to secure the best terms.
Handle certificates, acord apps, policy changes, and client requests promptly.
Support producers with marketing and account strategy.
Deliver responsive, detail-driven service.
What We’re Looking For
1+ years of commercial lines insurance experience (property focus preferred). - Required
Active Texas P&C license. - Required
Understanding of property and liability coverages.
Skilled communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
Experience with AMS systems (Now Certs or Applied Epic) is a plus.
Base salary $50k - $65k depending on experience.
