Job Description

***MUST BE ABLE TO WORK EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS***

Performs opening and closing duties.
Greets visitors and obtains name and other pertinent information.
Completes full check out process and receives payment by credit cards, vouchers, or other approved forms of payment.
Confirms all appointments.
Maintain company quotas.
Enter all client rental reservations into database.
Issues receipts, credits, or change to customers profile.
Answers and routes all call, as necessary, to appropriate individuals.
Accurately takes, delivers messages, and maintains log of all calls requiring further action.
Accepts and signs for packages, and notifies appropriate party of package arrival.
Performs a variety of clerical tasks.
Assist customers by providing information and resolving their complaints.
Maintains clean and orderly checkout area.
