We are a financial firm that requires a candidate with a high attention to detail and excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities include answering phones and scheduling meetings with our client base. Shared responsibility of preparing client files for all advisor meetings, which requires high level of Excel and attention-to-detail skills. Administrative responsibilities include, but not limited to, maintaining the office kitchen and mailing out birthday cards. Other duties as assigned. Must be able to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment.
Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
$17-$18 per hour
