Valet Runner/Doorman -- Guest Services

Valet is responsible for parking cars, taking and turning in keys and tickets. S/He is also responsible for welcoming guest in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner and providing guest with a positive first and last impression. In addition, the valet runner is responsible for providing assistance into and out of the hotel as well as assisting with transportation and direction needs.
To qualify you must: have a clean driving record, clean criminal record, be clean cut (no beard), no visible tattoos and be able to drive a manual transmission.
Ability to stand during entire shift.
Ability to run throughout the shift.
Ability to lift, carry, pull items of 50lbs or more.
Duties include but not limited to:
Inspecting all incoming vehicles and document any damage
Approach all encounters with guest and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
Load and unload luggage and assist guests with the tagging, storing and retrieving of luggage.
Pick up and bring down cars from the garage when asked.
Open vehicle and hotel doors and greet arriving and departing guests.
Respond to guest questions and answer information on local attractions, events and daily activities in the hotel.
We are offering Full-time positions for the AM shift as well as part-time weekend shifts as well on-call weekend shifts.
