Assist with unloading & setup of booth (pop-up tents, burners, pots, ice chest, crawfish, tables, and all other equipment required to operate. Clean/prep crawfish for boiling by removing grass/weeds/mud using larger ice chest. Pickup/Clean crawfish trays as returned to booth, remove and dump trash in dumpster during and/or at end of shift as well as replace trash bags as needed. Rig-down, pack and load equipment after closing into cargo trailer). Take, fill & process orders using tablet and card reader device.
Shifts Coverage Needed:
Friday (hours may vary slightly)
2 p.m. - 11 p.m. = ~9 hrs
Saturday/Sunday (hours may vary slightly)
Lunch shift: 8:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. = ~5 hrs
Evening shift: 3 p.m. - 11 p.m. = ~8 hrs
