Crawfish Boiling Assistant / Server - Part Time Help Needed for Season

Job Description

Assist with unloading cargo trailer & setup of booth (pop-up tents, burners, pots, ice chest, crawfish, tables, and all other equipment required to operate). Clean/prep crawfish for boiling by removing grass/weeds/mud using larger ice chest. Pickup/Clean/Wash crawfish trays, remove and dump trash in dumpster during and/or at end of shift as well as replace trash bags as needed. Rig-down, pack and load equipment after closing into cargo trailer. Take, fill & process orders using tablet and card reader device as needed.

Shift Coverage Needed:

Friday (hours may vary slightly)

9 a.m. – 11 a.m. = ~2 hrs (unload & setup – requires physical effort)
2 p.m. - 11 p.m. = ~9 hrs

Saturday/Sunday (hours may vary slightly)
Lunch shift: 8:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. = ~5 hrs
Evening shift: 3 p.m. - 11 p.m. = ~8 hrs

Skills Required

Hard working, self-motivated and dependable with the willingness to learn & anticipate workflow and stay ahead of demand
Customer service experience
Food Handler Certification
Crawfish cleaning & boiling
Clover Go or similar card reader purchase processing as needed


$8-$12/Hr depending on experience
