Job Description

Exclusive Remodeling, located in The Woodlands, is looking for full-time administrative assistance. Will pay $10/hour and up depending on experience. Must be a “people person” and customer service driven. This individual will be responsible for greeting customers, answering the phone, scheduling appointments, updating social media content and other clerical work. Opportunities for pay increase by learning new skills such as purchase ordering, remodeling design software, etc.

Skills Required

• Administrative/office assistant or customer service experience of at least 1 year
• Excellent phone communicator
• Excellent spelling and grammar, organization skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, data entry and the internet
• Social media experience preferred
• Bilingual a plus

Compensation:

Starting at $10/hr and up
