Job Description

• Provide excellent customer service to inbound callers
• Respond to customer requests in a timely manner
• Assist in customer technical issues.
• Creating service tickets, and transferring it to the concerned department
• Performing daily follow-up calls to customers with completed projects
• Scanning and filling projects documents upon completion

Skills Required

• Possess excellent communication
• Type at least 40 words per minute
• Must possess the ability to work with a team
• Thoroughness, accuracy and timeliness in completing duties
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Basic PC skills including knowledge and use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Windows, etc.)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Demonstrated ability to apply good judgment and professional integrity in decision making
