Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are a small automotive retail shop looking to hire a part time office clerk to add to our team. The duties would require support for our office with daily activities ranging from light filing, answering phones, helping assist customers, upkeep small waiting area and communicating with automotive dealerships regarding purchase orders. Some driving to local dealerships may be required; however, company vehicle would be provided. This part-time position can be flexible for work/life balance.

The ideal candidate will be someone who can work unsupervised and can complete tasks in a timely manner. An individual who can help with the flow of day to day operations willingly and efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS REQUIRED:

Must Have a Valid TX Driver License
Proficient in written and spoken English
Must Be Personable and Customer service oriented
Follow company policies
Able to read/write English
Computers skills
(knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel & Word a plus)

Compensation:

9.00 per hour
