Our talented team of sales associates represent private and institutional clients with their acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate.
These positions are 100% commission based. We offer significant earning potential to candidates who are eager to learn, motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented. Through our unparalleled training and mentorship program, you will master the art of real estate sales while working with amazing people in a dynamic culture. Previous sales experience is appreciated, but not required.
A Day in the Life of Our Agents Include:
•Advising Clients on Their Commercial Real Estate Investment Strategies
•Research Property/Ownership Records, Market Data and Industry Trends
•Marketing Exclusive Listings to Qualified Buyers and Negotiate Offers
•Partner with Senior Agents to Achieve Client Investment Goals
•Presenting Market & Property Proposals to Prospective Clients
•Assist with Property Tours and Due Diligence Activities
•Attending Networking and Industry Events

This in-depth program covers the intrinsic value of real estate and the investment sales cycle. We accomplish this through training classes, group discussion, role-playing, online work, and financial analysis. The program lasts eight weeks, but on-going training continues throughout the initial two years with our firm. This is all performed in an effort to ensure your long-term success.
Income – Our proven business plan is designed to achieve a six-figure income within two years and $500,000+ net worth within five years.
