What You Will Do..

Our MTP (Management Training Program) allows for the recruitment, training and professional development of exceptional individuals who embody the integrity, mission, and values of Mathnasium. As a Mathnasium Management Trainee, your learning will be hands-on. You’ll take care of customers, connect with your community and live our values. You will learn what goes into managing a successful learning center.
What kind of training will be provided to me?
There are four sections that each Trainee will have to complete in order to graduate from the MTP. The four stages are Instructor, Lead Instructor, Assistant Center Director and Center Director. As you complete the program, you will learn to utilize your talents to manage the day-to-day operations of a Mathnasium Learning Center, including responsibility over profit and loss, customer service, hiring/training staff, optimizing the enrollment process, curriculum delivery, and marketing activities to schools and your surrounding community.

Sales & Marketing
Essential Talents & Required Skills:
Minimum 1 year related experience (sales, marketing, business or education) with a strong focus on building relationships, developing teams and creating future leaders in a growing company.
Candidates should posses consultative sales skills which include: rapport building, active listening, assessing customer needs, recommending/presenting programs, overcoming conversational objections, and closing.
Strong communicator and influencer with the ability to understand and relate to younger generations.
Highly organized, managing multiple, concurrent priorities/projects with accuracy and a sense of urgency.
Ability to prioritize, organize, plan and work under own initiative.
Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to analyze/interpret business reports and statistics, as well as write reports and business correspondence.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
Must be able to relocate to locations specified in the posting title.
