Job Description

Need some extra hours? Empty nester? Looking to occupy some time? Small, fun, friendly and casual work environment! NO SELLING, just calling and setting appointments for the owner. (B2B)
Will train the right candidate. Knowledge of retirement benefits a PLUS!
Hours are either 8:30am - 12:30pm OR 12:30pm-4:30pm M-TH only. NO FRIDAYS!

Resume/Work History must be included for consideration.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Call potential customers by following calling list provided by the company
• Document calls made to potential customers for follow ups
• Provide information regarding our services and answer any questions to the best of ability
• Capture accurate information from potential customers regarding their specific needs
• Set appointments with potential customers at their convenience
• Follows up with customer after initial sales contact.
Bonuses from production are paid on 1st and 16th of the month!

Skills Required

Need to have good interpersonal and phone etiquette with overall polite demeanor. Comfortable multi-tasking while being able to still have the upmost attention to detail. Customer service attitude with the ability to quickly learn the trade and task at hand.
Efficiently and effectively schedule appointments for prospective customers.

Compensation:

$10/hour PLUS generous bonuses!
