Receptionist / Customer Service
Front Office Receptionist needed to answer multi-line phones and greet customers for a fast paced Auto Repairs Facility in The Woodlands/Spring area.
A pleasant speaking voice, customer service skills, computer skills and basic accounting knowledge is required.
Responsibilities will include coordinating daily office activities, answering phones, receiving deliveries, data entry, invoicing, and maintaining a good attitude towards customers and co-workers.
The ability to accept additional responsibilities or task when directed by Supervisor and/or General Manager is a must. The ability to multitask is a requirement.
