Position is full-time 8:30 to 5:30 Monday through Friday during summer months and part-time during winter months. There are no benefits offered.
Duties required are answering telephone, schedule appointments, dispatch technicians, key sales receipts/invoices in Quickbooks, file all paperwork, make deposits, and collect outstanding accounts receivable.
Must have good communications skills on the phone, manage daily schedule for technicians, and key sales receipts.
Hourly $12 to $14
