Job Description

Job brief
We are a well-established software provider with offices in Conroe for over 20 years, and are looking for an Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Such as providing support to our employees, answering phone calls, assisting in daily office operations, and managing our company’s general administrative activities. The position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm at our office located in Conroe. Ultimately, the successful candidate should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

• Handle administrative requests
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Write and distribute customer notification emails
• Maintain customer contact lists
• Book travel arrangements and schedule conference attendance
• Handle monthly billing responsibilities
• Proofread and correct documents, emails, letters, and publications
• Document all customer support requests in Salesforce CRM software
• Keep up with monthly contract renewals
• Replenish office supplies as needed

• Company paid health and dental insurance

Skills Required

• Proven experience as an administrative assistant
• Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Excellent attendance and punctuality required
• Nonsmoker, no visible tattoos
• High School degree
