Job Description

Haynie & Company-The Woodlands is looking to expand it's administrative staff. The job will entail managing the partner's calendars, events, and projects, as well as coordinating with two other employees in managing the operations such as new client set-up, logging in projects as received, scanning pertinent documents, sending electronic drafts of tax returns, electronic filing of extensions and tax returns, collecting payments, collecting electronic filing authorizations, monitoring due date lists, finalizing project completions, electronic storage of data, assembling federal and state paper returns when necessary, sending client organizers, assembling audit, review and compilation reports and other general office duties including answering phones, greeting clients, answering client questions, etc.

Candidate must be outgoing, have great computer skills, communicate well, be able to multitask and must be very detail oriented. This is a full time position with benefits. This position requires precision to make sure projects are timely, complete, and accurate.
