We are looking for an entry level accounting coordinator for our growing business. The position is located in North Spring/ The Woodlands. The hours are 8am to 5pm with an hour lunch Mon - Fri.
Duties and Responsibilities
-Paying invoices, making deposits, entering bill and entering credit card charges to Quickbooks
-Data Entry and filing invoices and misc documents both digital and in paper form
-Reconcile vendor statements for multiple locations ( we have 6 total locations and the locations are -divided between two coordinators)
-Accounts receivable and collections
-Marketing to local insurance agents, making constant contact post as well as Facebook post when needed
-Any other assigned duties
This is a full time position. We offer medical and dental benefits, starting salary is based on experience and references available.
- Microsoft Office( Primarily Word, Excel, and Outlook)
