Job Description

Receptionist (answer phones, greet visitors and direct)
Filing for several departments (update current filing system as directed, and cartch up on all filing)
Key Closet & Assignments (Organize current key closet/board, tag all keys, discard old keys as directed, check keys in and out.
Scanning (Scan as needed to computer files and file hard copy where needed)
Other functions as directed.
Texas Real Estate licensed not required but will enable you to develop your job within the company.

Skills Required

General Office Skills
20 hours per week 9am - 1pm Monday-Friday.

Compensation:

1099 Contract/12.50per hour
