Job Description

Seeking a dependable, dedicated, upbeat, friendly Receptionist/Office Assistant for our small office. Will answer the phone, schedule appointments, greet clients as needed, assist with some paperwork, handle warranty, order supplies and assist customers in our showroom as needed. 

1099/Contract Part-time (20 hours per week) 9a-1p Mon-Fri

Possible room for more hours over the summer.

Skills Required

Must be detail-oriented

Must be able to multitask

Good communication skills - on phone and in person, written and verbal

Quick and efficient learner

MSOffice

Quickbooks knowledge is a plus.

Time management is a neccessity!

Compensation:

$14/hour DOE if negotiable
