Job Description

We are an established promotional products company in The Woodlands in search of a new team member to fill our Order Entry position in a face paced, performance minded environment. This is a full-time position with benefits.

Job description: Order Entry is responsible for accurately entering orders for custom products into our industry software in accordance with company procedures and instructions.

Order entry, data entry, payables or billing experience. Excellent typing skills. Outlook and Excel proficiency. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent proofreading skills. Attention to details. Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines. Ability to handle interruptions and work under pressure. Promotional products industry, ProfitMaker, SmartBooks experience is a plus.
