MOW relies on volunteers to deliver meals to our clients throughout Montgomery County. We deliver meals Monday-Friday beginning at 10:30 am. Volunteers use their own cars to deliver meals. Most routes take about 1 hour. We offer flexible and permanent meal delivery opportunities. To learn more about meal delivery and many other volunteer opportunities please email lisa@mowmc.org.
