Bookkeeper - Part Time
For two LLCs w/same owner, perform bookkeeping work. Must have working experience with: QuickBooks desktop 2016, AR, AP, Bank reconciliation including AP setup using Chase online, quarterly tax prep docs, annual tax doc compilation for CPA. Some vendor accounting interface. Maintain accounting files and develop ad hoc P&L, Aging and other QB reports. Work on as-needed basis on site - small office - 2 people. Work one day every other week - schedule flexible. Individual only - no agency inquiries.
