Job Description

Assistant office manager is responsible for all office paperwork. Must be able to give tours and enroll new children on a daily bases. Must have good communication skills with parents and staff. Must be able to open or close the childcare. The assistant manager is in charge of the food program. The assistant office manager must know state licensing minimum standards.
