Assisting group cruise advisors with client files, clearing wait lists, facilitating changes of accommodation dates & names, confirming & changing Insurance, syncing flights with transfers + changes, sending documents & registering guests at resorts. Providing Host couples for groups with client lists and shipping group supplies. Posting travel follow-up & Thank You's. Military applicants welcomed. This is an on site position.
Organizational, computer CRM & customer service telephone skills take Priority. MS Office, Excel & Word, auditing & editing while prioritizing task & time management required. A working knowledge of Word Press, Social Media platforms & Internet skills a plus. Previous travel agent skills with Clientbase and Apollo reservations skills are a big advantage.
