Job Description

Property management company looking for permanent, full-time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. Perform administrative duties as assigned, answer phones, greet visitors, data entry and assist with various other projects as directed. Candidate should be able to multi-task, be detail oriented and work independently.

Duties:
• Perform administrative duties as assigned
• Screen and direct incoming calls and visitors
• Process invoices – code, enter and file

Skills Required

Computer: MS Word, Excel, Outlook, QuickBooks & Internet
Basic knowledge of office equipment (scanner, fax machine, copier, etc.)
Accounting, Attention to Detail, General Math Skills & Time Management

Compensation:

Pay will be $14.00 per hour + benefits
