Job Description

-Assisting an Escrow Officer in managing real estate transaction in its entirety
-Understanding the escrow process
-Maintain communication with clients
-Assist customers and clients with closing related questions
-Receipt earnest money and contract
-Open orders
-Ordering of payoffs, HOA statement of accounts, surveys, and home warranties
-All other duties as assigned by management

Skills Required

Familiar with concepts, practices, and procedures within the Texas title industry, will provide training
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Knowledge of RamQuest desired but not a requirement
Notary public or be bondable

Compensation:

$48,000 to $60,000 DOE
