Job Description

High end RV resort is hiring for a resort property assistant located in Magnolia. The Woodlands location coming soon.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Communicating frequently with management, guests and tenants
• Assist resort management with administrative tasks and day-to-day operations
• Take reservations over the phone or via walk in
• Give tours and information to potential guests
• Help maintain the clubhouse and surrounding property's appearance to the defined expectations and standards

Skills Required

• Person with a strong customer service-oriented background.
• Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
• Self-starter who is proactive and can work independently, yet can work well with managers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application software
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to campers, co-workers, and management.
• Person who can demonstrate consistent exercise of discretion and judgment.
