Job Description

Busy MedSpa in The Woodlands looking for someone that is very detail-oriented, multitasker, self-starter, team player.  Ideally, someone that has experience with spa scheduling.  Bilingual would be a plus but is not a requirement.  This candidate would be the person that runs the heart of the practice and keeping the office organized.  Would need to be proficient with social media, i.e. Instagram and Facebook.  This person would also need to be creative and ready to jump in with ideas and be good with math/simple bookkeeping, and customer service skills. 

We are looking for someone that is looking for a position long-term and ready to grow with us.  This position would require you to be here 25-35hrs per week.  Any kind of sales experience would also be a plus as sometimes selling products goes hand in hand with this position and commission is paid.

Skills Required

Must be reliable, honest, trustworthy and responsible and live within 15 miles from office.

Must have 1-2 year experience with office skills and have friendly personality.  Must be able to handle answering multi-line phone system and be proficient at multi-tasking.  Hotel, hospitality, restaurant, customer service and retail background is welcome.  Would prefer someone experienced with social media platforms.  Hours include 2-3 Saturdays a month 9-4 pm.
