Maximum Athletics is looking for a full-time Front Desk Clerk to help assist during the week and occasional weekend. Please apply at the link provided below.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests as they come in
Answer the phone
Know our tuition rates and policies
Assist guests with:
- Register and enroll students in class(es)
- Enroll students in events (open gym, camps, clinics, skills meets, etc.)
- Schedule make up classes
- Schedule birthday parties
- Charge for private lessons
- Handle pro shop transactions
- Receive team payments
- Receive and handle withdrawal notifications
- Receive tuition payments
- Help with vending machine issues
Light housekeeping
Maintain coach’s roll books
File student paperwork
Help create marketing materials for social media posts and emails
Create and schedule emails for upcoming events
Post events on website and Google My Business pages

Requirements:

A degree in marketing, communications, or public relations not required, but preferred
Administrative experience is not required, but preferred
Marketing experience is not required, but preferred
Bi-lingual a plus
Basic understanding of Excel, Word, Canva, and Google My Business
Must be punctual and reliable
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Desire to work around children in a fast-paced environment 
Must be able to pass a background check (if over the age of 18)
