Job Description

In this position, you will be responsible for answering all incoming calls with proper etiquette on a multi-line phone system and directing them to the correct person/department. You will also greet and welcome guests by providing a positive first impression of Rock Solid Precast, LP. Additionally, your duties include keeping a clean reception area free of boxes, clutter, etc., managing office supplies and office coffee machines, assisting with special projects, and occasional file and data entry.

Skills Required

Required:
Basic office clerical skills
Previous experience in office administration or related field
Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Ability to multitask while prioritizing
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Microsoft Office experience
Verbal and written communication skills

Bilingual - Spanish preferred
Quickbooks experience preferred

Compensation:

$17/hr
